Massimiliano Montefusco is the marketing and communication manager of RDS, one of the leading radio stations in Italy. He deals with strategy, brand positioning, quantitative and qualitative market research, ranging from editorial marketing to commercial strategy in order to constantly develop business. His outstanding efforts focus on new innovative devices and media strategies, from radio broadcasting to entertainment companies. Successful planning aims at improving the format catalog’s multi-platform, as well as cross-digital storytelling and engagement.

He holds a Degree in Communication from LUMSA University, Rome – Italy. Between 1996 to 2002, he attended the NAB Communication and Marketing Summit, held yearly in Las Vegas, Nevada – USA. He also attended the Sole 24 Ore Time Management and BPR Summit and Public Speech course.
