Riccardo Luna

Journalist, founding editor of Wired Italy, Riccardo Luna is also a promoter of the candidacy of Internet for the Nobel Peace Prize. He is passionate about “stories, ideas, and people that change the world” and, particularly, Italy. Editor for La Repubblica, co-curator of the event “La Repubblica delle Idee” and the side event Next, a show about italian innovators.

Author of the bestseller book Cambiamo Tutto! about people and ideas pushing forward innovation in Italy. Since January 2012, he is president of Wikitalia, the association that proposes to diffuse transparency, open data, and participation in Italian politics using the Internet. He is co-curator of Maker Faire Rome – the european edition and Digital Champion

He is also editor in chief of Che Futuro! and Startupitalia!
